Die Cut Run

We batch print to get ecomonies of scale - see our last post.

The same process is used for die-cutting or shaping cards. The above image is of one our die cutting boards. Each thin black line is a blade which will either cut, perforate or crease a card when the board is pressed onto the run sheet. The red foam is just to protect the blades. Each die cut board is made for the specific run and then recycled as the exact board will never be used again.

The above process means we are able to offer die-cutting at very competative prices but we are limited to the complexity of what shapes are possible. However we can do shaped business cards, shaped flyers and shaped showcards - see some examples here. We can also do perforated cards.
